Running "check out " command within bc ui

Hi all,
Merging in the TFS using a visual studio is less convenient rather than using a BC. Is it possible to run "check out" command on selected folder or file within the BC? If so, how exactly is it done?

Beyond Compare 4 Pro edition includes Tools -> Source Control Integration on Windows to help add Check Out and other commands to the BC4 context menu.

This uses SCCAPI, which TFS does not include by default, but there are additional downloads provided by Microsoft which add this support. We have more information here:
