From within a parent folder, if I zip up the contents of a sub-folder and then try to compare the zip file to the current folder (using explorer context menu items), the folder compare comes up with the zip file in both panes. If I do the exact same thing in BC2, I see the contents of the zip file (just the sub-folder) in one pane and the contents of the parent folder (sub-folder + other files/sub-folders and zip file). This allows me to compare the zip file to the contents of the folder (and update the zip file if the folder contents change).
