Hello,
I noticed that if one asks BC to MOVE a file located in a long series of sub-folders that are not yet in the destination, BC diligently creates all the new structure of folders and subfolders, but then it stops and refuses to move concretely the file saying that there is an operating system call fail.
The new folders remain in the destination partition.
By the way, same behaviour in BC 4.1.3.

Hello,
Just wondering...
I've seen that this thread has been viewed by almost one hundred and fifty people during last 3 days, but none has wrote to confirm or even deny it.
I'm just wondering if perhaps this is a problem related only to my Xubuntu OS and not at all to BC.
@Dave L.
You have a configuration quite similar to mine. If possible, please, could you just try to move a file between two different partitions?
If it goes flawlessly, then the problem is doubtless into my computer.
Thank you in advance.
