Random display order of files

Folder Compare used to displays files in a folder in alphabetical order but now it just appears to show them in random order. Is there some way I can force the display of a folders contents to be in alphabetical order?

Hello,

Click the "Name" header column to sort in ascending or descending order by Name. You may need to click twice to get it to the order you expect.

Any column header can be clicked, so it is likely another column is currently determining the sort order.
