Ignoring orphaned lines

Is there a way to ignore orphaned lines when comparing 2 data files?
I want to print out a report that only displays the data common to both files. but are different.
I do not want to display data in one file but not the other.

Hello,

Yes. Switch to Toggle display filters by right clicking the toolbar buttons for Show All/Show Differences/Show Same and set from Favorites to Toggles. Once in toggles mode, disable the Show Same and Show Left Orphan and Show Right Orphan toggles, and leave the Show Differences (two red dots) enabled. You can now view just aligned differences. When you generate a report, it will also default to this view type.
