    "File Not Found"

In Windows, if I right-click on a file in Explorer and choose Copy, then Ctrl+V into the "Enter filename here" field in BC3 and hit Enter, BC3 says "File Not Found". But if I drag the same file into BC3, then it works.

The issue is the leading/trailing quotes that get added in the paste case. The beta for Beyond Compare 4.1 will remove those automatically in most cases, and the next release will handle this specific instance too. For BC3 you'll need to delete the quotes yourself before trying to load the files.
