Error parsing folder listing (for Japanese)

Because an error occurs when connecting to the FTP server, it is not possible to get a list.
Error does not occur in BC2.
    The file name contains Japanese.
Character code is selecting the "00932" for the Shift-JIS.

This is an issue with our list parser when a filename in the listing contains the '年' character. We'll have it fixed in an upcoming release.
