how to "hide" aliases?

I have searched the help and these forums but could not find any way to hide MacOS "aliases" from the search results. Maybe it's a "symbolic link" that's showing. In any case, i wanted to eliminate any file like this from the lists. Is it possible?

Thanks for the feedback. We do not currently support filtering on this file type, but I'll add this idea to our Customer Wishlist.
