"Beyond Compare" can't be opened?

This is a bug in our most recent 4.0.2 release for OSX. We have 4.0.3 in QA and are almost ready to release it, which will fix this code signing issue. In the meantime, you could change your security preferences to allow unconfirmed or unsigned software.
