If I click on the file, the preview comes up. Is there a way to have the Preview mode on for all file compares? I'm comparing 8,000 files which will be very time consuming opening each one up.
Yes. In the Session menu -> Comparison Criteria, you can enable a "Rules-based" content compare, which runs the same scan as double clicking every file.
