Is it possible to the show context sense that the modification is inside a function and show the whole function instead of a predefined number of lines up and down?

If it is not implemented, is it possible to be done by scripting?

It isn't possible to make show context show a whole function if there is a different line within the function. This is on our wish list for a future version of Beyond Compare.

It isn't possible to provide this functionality with a Beyond Compare script or plug-in.
