Two Sessions Executing Synchronously results in Thrashing

Reference to another posting which leads to this posting:
    http://www.scootersoftware.com/vbull...nc-Mirror-Copy

Two Sessions Executing Synchronously results in Thrashing, therefore, is there an option or setting which prevents high loads on a single physical device and effectively acts as a governor when one or more sessions is over taxing a physical device which is being utilized by one or more sessions?

What are your thoughts and suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Lars

    Hi Lars,

Beyond Compare 4.0.0 doesn't provide a way to throttle transfer speeds for local and network drives. This is on our wish list for a future version of Beyond Compare.

Transfer speed throttling is supported for FTP, FTPS, and SFTP servers.

OK - so it's been 2 years; is there any change to the answer?

        Hello,

This wishlist item has not yet been tackled. If we're able to implement it, we would note it in the changelog and announcement of that specific version, as well as try to update this forum thread (although that step is manual tracking, and sometimes may get missed).
