Feature request: version control session type

When opening a new diff session in meld, one of the options is a "Version Control" session - you simply navigate to the workspace and meld will perform a diff of the workspace against the checkout revision.

The nice thing about this is that it doens't require you to change you version control settings or any other configuration.

I think it would be great if BC4 could do something similar.

Thanks for the feedback and recommendation. We don't currently support polling the version control like this, but it's something we can investigate. I'll add your ideas to our wishlist.
