Windows-7 BC3 compare commands don't appear in context menu anymore

I re-installed my BC v3.3.3, restarted windows-7 pro 64-bit, and I still get no more BC commands in the File Explorer right-click context menu.

Sometimes this can happen with an OS update or upgrade, which clears out the registry values we use for the context menu. Are you able to upgrade to the newest BC3.x release? All BC3.x are free for 3.x users. Also, are you using the installer from our website? A common issue with repackaged installers is a failure to install the shell extension.
