Toolbar buttons in Text Edit view

I find it a bit bothersome that some of the commands available on the context menu (Save As, Increase Indent, Decrease Indent) are not available to be chosen as Toolbar buttons in the Text Edit view.

Also, I would suggest showing more of the optional toolbar buttons in this view -- the current defaults have this mode looking very sparse.
