One tip that might help: BC4's Portable Install, created from the setup.exe, is a single directory install. You can place this on a usb stick (or your phone as a usb device) and copy from/run from the usb drive portable install on other computers.

Android wouldn't launch the .exe. My suggestion is to use the phone like a USB thumb drive, and let the host computer launch the executable of the Portable Install.

The Portable Install can be used from a USB stick, plugged into a computer. This idea replaces the USB drive with the phone.

A native Android app is something on our long term wishlist, but not a platform we'll be tackling any time soon. We're currently working hard on BC5 which will bring native M-series support to MacOS as our next platform.
