problem in version 3.3.8

good day,
if i run command

BCompare.exe" 1.txt 2.txt 3.txt 4.txt

for BC version 3.1.3
it shows 4 panes for 4 files.

but after update for version 3.3.8,
the same command runs BC with 2 panes only.

why?
how to show 4 panes as in version 3.3.8?

Hello,

When you updated, did you also register the program in Standard mode? If not, please check the Help menu -> About dialog to see if you are running in Std or Pro mode.

Std does not support the Text Merge session type. We have more details here on Std vs Pro:
