Difference block copy

I am not sure I use it the way you intended it to, but intuitively I expected a different result.
In file diff view I manually aligned two sides, highlighted a block and hit the blue arrow "Copy lines to right" it copied the block to the location differ chose before my alignment.
Obviously, I can copy it manually. Just seems counter-intuitive.

Which OS are you seeing this behavior? If you select to copy a line from one side to the other, it should copy straight across left to right in the same relative position; that's the behavior I see testing with a few example files on Windows and OSX 10.9.

Would it be possible to get emailed a pair of sample files, your BCSupport.zip, and perhaps a screenshot of the attempted alignment and copy? This way, we can reproduce the exact case you are running into. If you email us, please include a link to this forum thread for our reference.
