Two screens drawing issues

I've two screens and when using BC4 on the second screen there are a lot of drawing issues:

- Session bar appears on first screen while application lives at second screen (And always outside window when small on first screen)
- Button tips are shown on the first screen instead near the mouse pointer

What Linux distribution are you running?

What desktop environment are you using (KDE, Gnome, etc)?

I'm running the following:

- Opensuse 12.3 64-Bit (Default installation with Gnome)
- Gnome desktop version 3.6.3.1
- BC4 17580 (nightly build of 20140128

We've had several fixes to this area in the latest release. How does build 17905 work for you?
