Update filter with same name

Currently when extending the current filter and use apply to preset a new entry would be added with the same name. In my opinion it's useful to either update the existing preset or give a notification about this and let the user decide what to do.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll add this to our list for a future version of BC4.
