Radio boxes in the Rules dialog disappear when losing focus

Steps to repro:

1. Open the Rules dialog.
2. Switch to the Comparison or Handling tabs.
3. Click any radio box.
4. Leave the dialog open but place the focus on any other app other than BC.
5. Notice that the text next to the radio box disappears.

This happens both in an open session and on the Sessions tab. It also happens when double-clicking the "Comma Separated Values" (under Enabled file formats) and switching to the Type tab.

In other words, anywhere there's a Radio box, this can be easily reproduced.

I just noticed that this also happens in the Options dialog.

In any case, I'm seeing this on Mavericks.
