How can Picture-report script tells us if the images matched or not?

How can we make it say in the result file that images matched or not?

Hello,

It sounds like you are looking for /quickcompare instead of scripting. bcompare.exe /qc "c:\file1.png" "c:\file2.png" would return an %ErrorLevel% on the command line, letting you know if the files are equal or not. The side-by-side report is the output of the comparison pane for review, while the summary report would list the number of equal or different pixels (and could be parsed).
