Installation problem with the new version

After moving the new app in the application folder,
when i Ctrl-click in the finder to compare 2 files,
i get a message telling me that the service "Compare files" is unusable because the <null> application is in the thrash.

Is there something special to do to unregister the service and re-register it with the new app ?

Which OSX version are you currently running?

Does this reproduce after rebooting your machine? If you disable/enable the Shell Extension in the Options dialog, does the issue remain?
