When Full Edit mode is disabled, Ctrl-PageUp/Ctrl-PageDown won't move the focus (The selection won't change). This is fine.
I hope Ctrl-Home/Ctrl-End will also act this way.

2.
When Full Edit mode is disabled, I hope Ctrl-End will go to the beginning of the last line, rather than the end of it.

Thanks for the feedback. It isn't likely we'll be modifying the method of selection and navigation in BC3 at this time, but we can consider your points when/if we re-design these areas.
