Bug - Can't rename new file format

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new text file format
2) Create mask
3) right-click on the file format name on left, and choose Rename
4) Nothing happens
5) Click Save
6) right-click on the file format name on left, and choose Rename
7) Nothing happens
8) Close dialog and reopen file format dialog
9) right-click on the file format name on left, and choose Rename
10) Nothing happens

Thanks for the report. The context menu does not seem to work. The workaround is to single click the format name, pause, and click again, similar to renaming a file name.
