The zip timestamp handling in the folder compare view seems to have DST issues. I compressed the same folder twice, once within and once after the DST period. When viewing the zip files in e.g. 7z they have identical modification timestamps. When comparing them in BC however the one in the DST period is one hour ahead, thus messing up the quick compare.
I have attached a stipped down version of the zip files so that it's easy for you to repeat this issue.
Note: Unfortunately deleting the other files in the zip files seems to have corrupted the remaining compressed file itself, but the modification times are unchanged and the behavior mentioned above is retained. I deleted the files from within Beyond compare so this might be yet another issue?
