Data Compare - Controlling Keys

Is it possible to specify the columns to consider as keys when invoking BC from the command line?

I have a script which extracts data from an arbritrary database table in two different databases (e.g. DEV and PROD) to a CSV file. I know the keys to the tables from the databae and indeed which columns are important - can I control that via the command line and scripting?

Unfortunately, no. BC3 does not currently support setting the Keys by command line. If you are comfortable with scripting languages, you could use a Portable Install of BC3 and manually edit the BCSetting.xml files (BCSessions.xml), altering a saved Data Compare session to load your files with the correct Key(s).
