Not as selected base folders.
You could set a higher root base folder, and use Name Filters to limit the subfolders to the specific target folders you need synchronized. Or use multiple tabs, with each tab pointing to a specific folder pair, and run them sequentially. However, note the Sync Mirror will delete items in the destination that don't exist in the Source, so if you are using the same target for each sync, different sync session tabs would not work.Aaron P Scooter Software
