Batch file comments

Comments are not color coded in the new batch and command file types.

Any lines beginning with REM or :: (not counting whitespace) should be color coded as comments.

Michael,

This will be fixed in the next release. We'll have to use 2 "Basic" grammar items instead of 1 "List" grammar item due to limitations of our grammar's regular expression support.
