We've just released Beyond Compare 3.1.1.
Version 3.1.1 fixes the Linux "Export Settings" command that was broken in the 3.1 release.
This release also replaces the Text Compare's "Open with Web Browser" command with "View as Webpage" to open web browsers inline instead of in a separate window.
