Hide columns with no diffs in the report

I am comparing data in pairs of 300 xls using BC commandline option. Wondering if there is a commandline option to hide columns that do not have any diffs while generating the html report. Columns without diffs are different across all xls as well as different during subsequent compares. I know that this option is available in the GUI, but is there a generic way to do the same using commandline.

Sorry, the short answer is we do not support this in the script file (only the GUI). If you have an overall wrapper to the script call, you could directly edit our BCSessions.xml to alter it (the default Data Compare session), then make the call to the script.

Adding this to our script is on our wishlist.
