"find" dialog: "enter" closes dialog instead of searching

On the "Find" dialog I type in "Text to find:" and then hit enter; I expect that to do the find, but instead the dialog closes.

    Is that correct?

Is the "Close Automatically" checkbox checked?

We do have other issues with the Find dialog currently, but it should stay open when you hit Enter once.

Yes, "Close Automatically" was checked - I never noticed it there - my bad, sorry!

But that leads me to another strange behavior (which might also be my fault): when I don't have "close automatically" checked, hitting Enter once brings me to the next instance, and then hitting Enter again inserts a newline in the doc. That surprised me: I expected that if I keep hitting Enter it will keep hitting the highlighted "Find" button and going to the next match.

This is due to a known focus and window coloring issue with the on-top Find dialog. It's something we're looking into.
