Right click context menus in session page have extra lines.

Sorry if this is already a reported thing. The Right click menu on New has two extra menu item separators at the top, and the sub items have two separator next to each other. Basically if a section is empty you probably want to suppress the menu item separator below it (or if the last one is empty ever, the separator above).
