    Hi,
    I've upgraded to 4.2.1 but when I use profile with FTP: B2C crash!!!
    What can I do?

    Hello,

    What crash are you seeing?

    Can you email in your current BCSupport.zip from the Beyond Compare menu -> Support dialog, Export: BCSupport.zip to support@scootersoftware.com with a link back to this forum thread?

    If you delete the old profile and recreate it, does it also crash? (But, please generate the BCSupport.zip *before* this step so we can test with the corrupted profile, too).

      If I delete old profile and create a new one all seems to works fine.
