Can not find script file after upgrade

After upgrading BC4 to the latest version (build 17677) on Windows and running a folder comparison between two folders that have PPTX files, BC shows the following error dialog:

Can not find script file "C:\Users\MyUser\AppData\Roaming\Scooter Software\Beyond Compare 4\Helpers\PPT_to_TXT.vbs".

---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

The file does exist at the location:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Beyond Compare 4\Helpers\PPT_to_TXT.vbs"

I copied the Helpers folder from the latter to the former and refreshed the folder compare. The error dialog did not reappear.

It seems the upgrade does not move all the files it needs to.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This is something we had to do in the beta, and it does break any imported formats until they are re-imported. We have more information here:
