BC4 horizontal scroll bars don't work

Version 4.0 beta (build 18291)
on Chakra Linux with KDE 4.13.2.

The horizontal scroll bars don't seem to work, in a text compare window. They appear, but they seems to mostly overlay the statusbar, and they don't react to the mouse cursor at all.

I will post a screenshot if that is useful.

Thanks for the report. This should be fixed in the next beta build. For now, if you cursor over to a line that horizontally extends off the pane, then the horizontal scroll bar should re-enable.
