  • Option to always show folder size

When comparing folders and folders are missing on one side, the the folder sizes are not displayed on the other side.
So, a folder exists on left, but not on right, the folder size (on the left) is not automatically displayed.

One has to expand and collapse the folder in order to get the size displayed.

How to get the size displayed 'automatically' ?

In "Session Settings" > "Handling" You can enable the first two entries, to scan subfolders and orphans.

      Ah, super!

      Many thanks indeed!
      Really appreciated.
Obviously I wasn't aware of that option.

      Matter solved, thanks again!

        Thanks, again, Rodolfo

You can also update the bottom dropdown from "use for this view only" to "Also update session defaults" if you want this behavior to be the default for all new sessions. Any existing sessions would have to also be updated manually.

You can also use the Expand All button on the toolbar to trigger opening and building all subfolders if this option is not enabled.
