Windows Explorer Extensions: "Select Left File" and "Compare To" uses BC3, not BC4

Hello,

For historical reasons I have BC3 and BC4 installed on my machine.

I just realized that my Windows Explorer Extensions for "Select Left File for Compare" and "Compare to ..." use BC3 instead of BC4. I tried reinstalling BC4 as administrator, but it still uses BC3.

Is there a way to "fix the situation" or was that a feature of BC3 only?

Hello,

Boot BC3, go to the Tools menu -> Options dialog, and under Startup disable the Explorer Integration. Then Reboot, and double check the BC4 Options' dialog, Startup, Explorer Integration and enable the option.

If it is not working, also disable BC4's extension, try restarting then re-enabling BC4's options. Does this get you up and running with only the BC4 menu options?
