Folder Merge - how to merge two folders into one?

Hi, we have two folders which were originally based on the same code, but now we need to merge them, selectively going file by file and choosing which changes to keep from either file (Left and Right).

I only see 3 Way merge which requires a third folder, and when I specify empty one, it asks for file name on every merge I do by hand....

    How to do it properly?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

The 3 way Folder Merge supports up to 3 inputs and 1 output, but you could load it with just 2 inputs and 1 output. Load your two folders on the left and right (not center/ancestor), and then select to Merge To: Other: and input an output path to copy the changes into.

You can take whole files at a time from the Folder Merge window, or double click and view the files in the Text Merge to decide/edit specific changes.
