  • 21529 "...does not match the name of the site"

    From Amazon S3 profile e.g. http://i.imgur.com/jKBSHFH.png

This user can see no "name on this site". And would feel happier clicking Continue if name from site and cert were displayed.

21529 Amazon S3 '[] Always trust certificate in future sessions'

Here http://i.imgur.com/jKBSHFH.png despite that I left this checkbox uncheckmarked:

    Code:
Trust this host and continue connecting?
[ ] Always trust certificate in future sessions
when hitting Continue, when I closed and reopened BC and reloaded the profile, this dialog did NOT reappear - BC went straight to the content without wanring.

    Did I misunderstand "future session"??

      21529 Security cert 'Enter password'

This dialog http://i.imgur.com/jKBSHFH.png looks mistitled to me.

        Hello,

I combined all questions dealing with this dialog, as we don't need 3 (or more) separate discussion places for it.

        1) View Certificate reveals the information you are accepting.

        2) This is most likely related to the proxy issue before. You set this certificate to not be remembered, but if the server fixed the back end to resume using your previous certificate, then that one would resume being used.

        3) I'll open a tracker entry for updating the UI Titlebar.

Please don't interfere with my posts. There are separate for a reason. mainly to give you often needed help in understanding they are separate issues.

          > 1) View Certificate reveals the information you are accepting.

If that was an attempted answer to my "21529 "...does not match the name of the site"", then it missed. My point stands.

          > 2) This is most likely related to the proxy issue before. You set this certificate to not be remembered, but if the server fixed the back end to resume using your previous certificate, then that one would resume being used.

An answer would be nice. And if it is No, then please fix the dialog, because ' [ ] Always trust certificate in future sessions' REALLY DOES imply Don't Trust, despite the bad wording re Always.

          > 3) I'll open a tracker entry for updating the UI Titlebar.

          Thanks.
