How to (re)move to recycle bin?

How can one (re)move files to the recycle bin by default instead of deleting them completely?

Hello,

The Delete preview dialog shows the option to "Use Recycle Bin if available". If deleting items that can be sent to the Recycle Bin, we'll try to send them (such as local folders). Remote shares and other locations which do not support the Recycle Bin are still deleted completely.

The Delete dialog is enabled by default, but if it has been disabled you can re-enable it in the Tools menu -> Options dialog: File Operations section, "Confirm file delete"
