Hello,

The Patch report layout follows the Unix Patch standard and is not customizable. There are 3 different Patch style options you can try to find the best for your needs.

If you are using a different Layout (side by side), the report dialog can limit to All/Differences/Etc, but you can show only Orphans if you change the Display Filters in the main interface to Only Orphans. Then go to the Session menu -> Text Compare Report, and Side-by-side will show your current display option.
