I have 120 Gig Google Drive mapped onto my primary C:\ 4 TB drive and could really use some backup and compare facility.
1) I need to be able to copy or compare the Google link file (.gdoc, .gsheet, .gform, .gdraw, .gmap, or .gslides) to a real content file (.doc, .docx, .xlsx, .csv, .tsv, ...).
2) I also sometimes need to replace the Google link file with a real content file so I can copy it wherever I want it.
After all ... I can't backup a Google Link and expect I have backed up any data. So backing up Google Drive .g* files is a waste of time.
I saw on this forum a year ago, Google Drive support was being thought about.
Any progress or ETA?
Thanks!
