Folder Merge error: Base folder does not exist

Haven't used Folder Merge feature in a while, but my attempts to use it today all fail with a "Base folder does not exist" error. This makes no sense as it appears to have no issues reading any of the folders and correctly figuring out what needs to be merged prior to hitting the Merge button. In fact, I can copy/paste the folder location from each of the 3 folder sources and Explorer has no problem finding them either.

    What am I doing wrong?

UPDATE: Got it to work by switching left and right sides. I had it as Left was Old Folder, Right was New Folder, and Center was common ancestor. Does Left have to be New Folder?

      Hello,

No, Left/Right can interchange, and the center should be the Ancestor. From your screenshot, I notice that the output path was input but not loaded (enter or the Arrow button). It looks like that throws a poor error message if you attempt to load without setting the output. I'll open a tracker entry to get this fixed.
