Text Compare problems

Greetings,

I am having a little bit of difficulty comparing large text files that have 90% of the same text inside but are in a jumbled order, i am wondering if its possible to configure Beyond compare to be able to maybe filter out the ones that are the same, attached are 2 text files with 100% the same code just in varying order.

Any help would be appreciated.

Order of lines is important to the comparison. You would need to run a sorting application to reorder your information in order to compare well. We have an example KB article for using a command line app to reorder, here:
