    Hello,

Is there an error message output to the log pane below when you attempt the first time (fail) to double click the Music folder? What is the message?

      Hello Chris,

And which Creative Zen are you using? The base model, Mosaic, Video, Micro?

I'll check the log window next time.

The model is the one called just Creative ZEN.

            Hello,

For this specific OLE Error, please try taking out the SD card, and switching to a different USB cable. Do either of these impact the occurrence of the error?

The 80042009 error means that BC has some stale data. Did you plug/unplug the device or access it with another program?

Aaron, there is already no SD card in this device.

Craig, yes very possibly the device was accessed by another program since this BC view first saw it.

I'm getting the same error, but only for the External SD Card!
(actually, I can't access ANY folder of my SD Card (it's Root folder)

                  the Internal is working....
