Possible bug: Pixel Details in image compare showing wrong location

I tried out the image compare, and I love all the options, it looks super nice. But I'm having issues with the pixel preview - the pixels shown don't seem to correspond to where the mouse cursor is.

It's a big hard to explain, so I made an Imgur album with a series of screenshots and descriptions, that should give a good view of the issue:

Thanks for the bug report. We're working on Picture Compare now and will try to get this fixed for the next release.

Thanks! The picture compare stuff is really neat already - the different comparison modes are super useful, I think I used all of them when I was comparing screenshots.
