  • difference beween "Always Show Folders" and "Compare Files and Folder Structure"?

Maybe today I am simply too tired, sorry, but I do not longer understand what's the difference beween "Always Show Folders" and "Compare Files and Folder Structure".
I am comparing a local folder to "ftp://FTP.WIRESHARK.ORG//".
I have set "Name Filters" to "Include files" listed below.
I choose "Compare Files and Folder Structure".
But, I see many folders that in My opinion should disappear.
    What's my mistake?

    Thank You and regards

"Always Show Folders" means that folders are always visible regardless of what files are visible within them. "Compare Files and Folder Structure" means that folders follow the display filters, regardless of what files are visible within them. So, if an folder only exists on one side it's treated as an orphan even if it's empty. "Only compare files" means that folders are only visible if files within them are visible.
