9222 Edit Grammar current element

In the Importance "Grammar elements" list, it would be nice if the element selected in was the one offered for editing when the "Edit Grammar" button is clicked.

As I stated elsewhere, elements and grammar items are not 1-to-1. The best we could do is position on the first occurance of the selected element in the grammar list.
