I was wondering if it is possible to purchase 1 user account and install it on both of my laptops, and if so, can I access BC on both laptops at the same time?
Yes. Beyond Compare is licensed per user, so you can install it on as many computers as you want and run them all simultaneously, as long as you're the only one using it.
